Our firm proudly served as the MEP engineer for this luxury mixed-use development on the former site of the Indianapolis Star headquarters at 307 N. Pennsylvania in downtown Indianapolis. The nine-story complex features 334 apartment units and a 540-space parking garage. Units include micro-studio, studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom townhouses and a multi-story three-bedroom penthouse.
Amenities are many, including a fitness center, first floor restaurant space, an even room and kitchen, wash areas for dogs and bikes, a private courtyard, and a sixth-floor pool with deck.
