We served as the MEP Engineer-of-Record for this distinctive nine-story, office tower in downtown Indianapolis. Syska-Hennessey Group also served through design development. The tower features open, flexible areas for working and socializing. The ground level contains the reception area, bike storage and retail space. The second-floor houses meeting and training rooms, a large kitchen, and a terrace. This project is a significant component of the former Market Square Arena site and offers flexible office space with abundant views and natural light.
