Circle Design group provided full MEP series on this three-phase project that combines the traditional elements of the original building dating to 1917 juxtaposed next to modern design elements. The project included the restoration and upgrade of MEP systems for the existing 56,224 square foot building, formerly known as The Cret Building, and the removal of a 1974 addition to allow for future expansion. The new 6-story 237,000 square foot addition includes an impressive 10,000 square foot atrium space with glistening glass and stainless-steel as well as two levels of underground parking.
