We designed MEP systems for this headquarters office building for use by The Nature Conservancy. This building received the first platinum-level LEED certified office building designation in Indiana. Green features related to our systems include three wind turbines to generate power, geothermal heating and cooling system, smart lighting system to reduce the use of artificial light, recapture of 100% of all storm water on site. These features, paired with advanced windows, will result in 35% less power usage than a typical office building of this size.
