Circle Design Group was responsible for HVAC systems design for the entire terminal and concourse core building, along with electrical systems design for the concourses which included passenger ticketing and security areas, restaurants and retail shops, public restrooms, baggage handling, etc. In 2018, Circle Design Group merged with Enverity Engineering who was responsible for engineering mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions for many other facilities at the Indianapolis International Airport complex, both within the terminal building as well as for various airside support facilities.
