This project converted a former big box chain store into a health center to provide the west side of Indianapolis with many basic healthcare services. The health center includes a mental health clinic, a pediatric primary care clinic, dental unit, and pharmacy, plus supporting clinical space for rehabilitation therapy, x-rays, and mammography. Other community amenities include a café, multipurpose event room and walking trails on the site. The health center offers an embodiment of delivering primary care in an innovative way. We provided MEP design services.
