This Art-Deco boutique hotel in downtown Indianapolis became the talk of the town when a former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant became the anchor to a $300M mixed-use revitalization project. The historic building was converted from a two-story footprint to three-stories consisting of 180,000 square feet. CDG provided full design of the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and lighting for the 139-key hotel. CDG also provided their design expertise for retail tenants located within the development including Blue-Collar Coffee Company, Woodhouse Day Spa, Sundry & Vice, Good Neighbor, and the corporate office spaces for Hendricks Commercial Properties.
